We Are Recruiting an experienced Client Services Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the General Manager, in preparation of New clients onboarding techniques and planned projects
- Review and optimise daily operations processes and procedures to improve customer experience
- Ensuring contractor's paperwork is processed accurately.
- Managing, scheduling interviews and liaising with applicants.
- Ensure recruitment process is fair and transparent and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Work with the Allocation Manager to assist with the utilisation of resources across various projects
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Conduct site inductions and inspections

**Whom We are looking for**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years solid customer services and sales experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Experience with business process enhancement and delivery
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience with project management and/or coordination
- Strong relationship management capabilities to engage and influence decision makers
