Cartage Coordination Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cartage Coordination Expert to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for coordinating cartage movements, liaising with clients and transport companies, and ensuring timely delivery of cargo.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cartage movements, including booking transport and preparing shipment charges.
  • Liaise with clients to expedite cargo delivery and confirm delivery requirements.
  • Work closely with internal departments and transport companies to track shipment status and advise carriers of time slot requests.
  • Process invoices and monitor payments.
Requirements:
  • Experience in freight forwarding (cartage) is essential.
  • You must be willing to take the lead and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, flexible attitude are also required.
