Mutinex is a rapidly growing data and marketing analytics startup that is making waves in the trillion dollar marketing and media industry. This role, Operation Lead, is a role that will help operationalise and systematise the business as we scale.

**About you**

Over your ten plus years in your career you've organised technology or software businesses through major process improvement and change management with the objective of creating meaningful impact to core business metrics. You could have been a project manager, delivery lead, business analyst, and it's more than likely that you're likely a Certified Scrum Master. You've mastered the art of organising diverse groups of people, and love that part of the job.

**What you'll do**

We're looking for someone extraordinary in operations to join the team to help scale our business. Someone who wants to make an impact by improving the way we do business behind the scenes. To start with, you'll be looking to impact two primary objectives of ours; driving extreme customer love and operational excellence. You'll do this by helping implement systems change and new technologies to improve the way we work - both internally and with customers.

**Here's a little more about what you'll do**:

- **Assess and review existing processes, systems and technologies across product management, project management, customer service ticketing**:

- **Implement and optimise supporting technologies for production improvement such as Zendesk, Vitally, and an LMS**:

- **Liaise with product managers to align the Product and Customer Operations business units**:

- **Liaise with team leads and technicians across the business to ensure requirements are delivered**:

- **Adapt to new business requirements as the product(s) evolve**:

- **Coordinate with Finance and People Ops to most efficiently deliver support services to core business functions**:

- **Help establish and organise the operations team**:

- **Scale the operations team in line with business need in AU and globally as required**:

- **Improve capacity planning and scaling of customer operations**:

- **Improve CAC through optimisation of human resources**

**Things that we'd love**
- **8+ years of experience in delivery or operational roles**:

- **Deep experience implementing new technologies and systems**:

- **Exceptional people management skills**:

- **Certified Scrum Master or similar accreditation**:

- **A love and passion for technology**:

- **Successfully supported a scaling business (ideally in tech)**
