**The Company**

Our client is a well established and leading distributor of FMCG products located in Prestons. Operating for 25+ years, they distribute a wide variety of products to customers across multiple retail channels including grocery, pharmacy, petrol/convenience as well as the discount/clearance channels.

**The role**

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the team as a Telesales Consultant. The role will primarily be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and working toward revenue targets.

Responsibilities include the following:

- Process outbound customer calls from ring list
- Contact new and existing customers
- Follow up sales leads
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Promote the company's range of products to new and existing customers (training provided)

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a call centre/telesales environment
- FMCG or consumer good exposure desirable
- Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with business customers.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
