Working with Partners requires influence and coordination across many stakeholders.
You will own the technical relationship with partners, recommending solutions that align with customer requirements for security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and best-practice architectures.Key job responsibilitiesServe as a key technical member of the Solutions Architecture team, enabling partners and ensuring their success in building practices, capabilities, and solutions on AWS.Design customer solutions with partners using AWS services.Scope each partner engagement with clear objectives and success criteria.Own each technical enablement and engagement, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions by AWS partners.Share best-practice knowledge within the solution architect community.Promote AWS services through forums such as blogs, white papers, reference architectures, and industry events like AWS Summits and re:Invent.Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.Coach and enable partners to adopt AWS innovations continuously.Assist partners in pursuits, enabling them to win business independently.About the teamAs a Partner Solutions Architect, you will own technical engagements with strategic AWS partners.
Your day may include leading architectural design sessions, advising on cloud migration strategies, enabling partners on AWS innovations, or collaborating with AWS product teams to meet partner needs.
You will also create technical content such as white papers and blog posts and represent AWS at industry events to inspire innovation among partners.Qualifications5+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.8+ years of experience in technology domains like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, or data & analytics.10+ years of IT development or consulting experience in software or Internet industries.3+ years of technology or software sales experience.Experience working with end-user or developer communities.Acknowledgement of country: Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
