**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator at** Hubert Opperman Retirement Village** in Mulgrave, Melbourne.**This is a **Full Time** role working **Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700**. Proposed start date 25 September 2025.

In this role you'll work independently within our village office. If you are organised, enthusiastic and have a passion for people - we'd love to hear from you

At Ryman, our Resident Services Coordinator wears many hats. Some duties within this role include:

- Lead the effective delivery of the village resident service functions including; triaging enquiries, updating resident information, collaborating with accounts and acting as village reception / administration
- Be responsible for the delivery of resident activities - this includes happy hours (Thursday's are the best day of the week in a Ryman village) and various outings
- Collaborate with the Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days

- Have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced and varied environment
- Be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities
- Be comfortable working independently - as a result of this be prepared to learn new skills
- Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
- Place a high emphasis on customer service and work hard to deliver exceptional service to our residents
- Have outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
