Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the student accommodation sector, working with a leading provider of university residences.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
About Your New Role:
- You will be responsible for assisting with leasing and property management tasks, including checking in and out residents, conducting pre-occupancy inspections, and providing administrative support.
- You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Real Estate Qualification or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience with StarRez is highly regarded but not essential
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and quality experiences
- The ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment
