**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Applications and Support Analyst who is ready to take that next step in their career offering training, support and guidance from our exemplary leaders.

**Reporting directly to the Applications Support Manager you day to day duties will include**:

- Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
- Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
- Prioritise and handle service requests and incidents
- Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
- Work collaboratively with other IT Teams on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities

**About YOU**

Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role and are keen to learn and accelerate your career to the next stage. In addition you have the below attributes/skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or in a related technical or business area
- Experience in working with ServiceNow, Esker, Appian will be an advantage but not essential
- Production Support, implementation and system management experience
- Strong Presentation and training skills
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Must be proactive with ability to think ahead, to be a team player and focussed on meeting deadlines.
- A quick learner and good listener
