We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cloud and Data Platforms Architecture Manager to join our team. You will be a key driver in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge cloud-based solutions while ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace. You'll lead a team of skilled architects, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and aligning our technology and business strategies. Your contributions will enable us to remain at the forefront of technology while nurturing a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and respect for diverse viewpoints.
What you'll be doing:

- Lead and manage a diverse team of cloud and data architects, nurturing their growth and development.
Collaborate with security teams to design scalable, secure, efficient, and cost-effective Cloud & Data Architecture solutions.
Develop inclusive frameworks and patterns that accelerate the adoption of cloud and modern data practices.
Provide trusted direction aligned with our overall Technology & Business strategy.
Foster open communication and collaboration across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners/vendors.
Drive professional growth within the team, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay informed about emerging cloud and data technologies, trends, and industry developments.
Evaluate tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance cloud and data architecture capabilities.
Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage cloud-native services, machine learning, and AI to unlock business value.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security standards, and industry-specific requirements through established policies, standards, and best practices.
Develop, manage, and revise enterprise design frameworks and patterns.
- About you:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to not only drive the technical aspects of our cloud and data solutions but also foster an inclusive environment where every team member's unique perspective is valued.
What you'll bring to the role:

- Experience as a people manager.
Experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, or Data architecture disciplines.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions on Azure Cloud.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices for cloud-based environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, data architecture, or related areas are a plus.
Demonstrable experience in the development and management of enterprise design frameworks and patterns.
