We are seeking a compassionate **Dietitian** to join our team, on a full-time basis. This roving position will see you support our **homes** located in the Perth metro, South West and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.
Reporting to the Director of Nutrition and Hydration, you will be responsible for conducting dietetic assessments and reviews, supporting our organisation-wide food service activities and Nutrition & Hydration program. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team, and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
In addition, you will display or hold:

- tertiary qualification in Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) or relevant discipline;
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status (or be willing to obtain);
- current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain);
- current Influenza and full COVID19 vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- full work rights in Australia
