As a vital member of our organization, the Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting new customers in adopting our software platform and collaborating with existing valued customers to achieve optimal ROI via the Partnerize platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the onboarding of new clients, training them on the value of the platform and helping them adopt features.
Analyze our client's performance data to identify opportunities and recommendations with accompanying industry best practices.
Regularly run calls and presentations with our client base to share Partnerize product offerings, relevant industry trends, corporate updates, and other valuable insights.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hybrid professional to work from the Sydney office 1-2 days a week. If you do not live in the Sydney area, we cannot consider your application.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ASP and digital marketing, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We offer a dynamic and fun-loving work environment, with opportunities to leverage your knowledge and experience in a global setting.
