Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our global Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform.

This role is perfect for individuals who have 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or recent graduates with relevant internships or part-time work. You should be tech-savvy, have strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping people achieve lasting outcomes.

You will be part of an international team based in Paris and Sydney, working closely with the global sales and product teams. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with clients, providing technical and advisory support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with Marketing and Engineering on product development.

We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own time, reach out to colleagues for help when needed, and has a thirst for knowledge. If you are a team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels, this could be your ideal role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and advisory support to clients
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on product development during the discovery phase
  • Maintain strong relationships with Whispli's clients and partners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian citizenship or Permanent residency
  • Fluent English; a second language is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility toward dynamic change
