Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of field and site-based Service Technicians while serving as a key contact for our major customers.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and support a team of Service Technicians to achieve business goals.
- Manage budget requirements to meet service targets.
- Attend meetings to address service-related issues and projects.
- Organize and oversee van stocktakes as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers through regular visits.

**What You'll Need for Success**
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team of Service Technicians.
- Trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Industry experience in material handling or a related field.
- Strong understanding of service business fundamentals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
