**THE ROLE**

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the Maison's boutique by achieving business objectives and ensuring a superior standard of service that exceeds client expectations. You will lead, inspire, and motivate the team to drive sales performance and build networks in the community.

You are fundamental in developing the maison and promoting its awareness and values in Australia.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous management experience in the luxury retail industry.
- A strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Strong selling skills, and you will be result and action oriented.
- A great team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy.
- Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mind-set.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- An excellent communicator, able to develop a network.
- Previous timepiece experience will be highly regarded.
