**The Role**

You will be responsible for implementing and testing technical functionality, interacting with internal and customer teams on a technical level, building strong customer relationships and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with our customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, deliver enhancements and managed service for multiple engagements
- Understand and advise the customer honestly and accurately on technological identity and access management solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and product support to customers to identify and resolve customer issues and enhancements
- Assist in build and configuration for customer solutions
- Provide documentation to customers and internal team members, including design implementation and reports where required

**Experience required**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in identity and access management solutions
- Preferred experience with market leading IDAM vendor products including one or more of the following: Auth0, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, ForgeRock, IBM (ISIM/ISAM, ISDI, ISDS, DB2, TFIM, IGI), Microsoft, Okta, OneIdentity, Oracle, Thycotic, SailPoint (IIQ & IDN), Saviyant
- Experience with Java and JavaScript and demonstrable knowledge of object-oriented design best practice and patterns
- Experience deploying software across Windows, Linux and Unix platforms
