Identity and Access Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to drive our long-term contract opportunity.

This role requires applicants with full unrestricted work rights in Australia, based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in IGA toolsets such as SailPoint to lead IAM initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Management processes and integrations within the enterprise landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management processes covering HR joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
  • Design and implement Identity provisioning flows across systems.
  • User Identity and Access management across system landscapes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT experience working with IAM solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments handling multiple stakeholders.
  • BFSI sector knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working as an IDAM solution Business Analyst.
  • Experience working on large IAM engagements.
