Overview:

- The Manager, Assessment Service is accountable for managing, planning and coordinating the HCSCC's assessment function in accordance with corporate goals, legislation and government policy.
- The Manager, Assessment Service is responsible for the management of staff within the HCSCC Assessment Service.
- The Manager, Assessment Service will notify, liaise and consult with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) on matters involving registered health practitioners.
- The position also provides advice to the Deputy Commissioner and the Commissioner about improvements in the complaints resolution model and practice in the HCSCC.
