**Your New Role**:
As the **Property Administrator** you will be accountable for providing efficient and professional support to ensure the delivery of property related administrative tasks across the NSW Property Portfolio. Whilst effectively working with the NSW Property Team as a team player in providing a consistent service offering across St Vincent de Paul Society, this role requires an individual with a high level of attention to detail whilst delivering within tight timeframes, ensuring business productivity, efficiency, and governance.

**The Property Administrator will**:

- Responsible for accurate data input of all leases related information and collation of associated documentation into the Property Database System - MRI Prolease and FM5000.
- Monthly review of Tenancy Schedules for accuracy of all lease information contained in MRI Prolease and update as necessary with achieving 100% accuracy of data quality.
- Review and ensure all monthly rental payments are processed correctly.
- Analyse and resolve landlord payment inquiries. Effectively communicate with tenants, landlords and managing agents to resolve any lease related enquiries.
- Review and manage lease-related documentation (leases, bank guarantee's, insurance certificates).
- Conduct and facilitate lease audits with internal Property Team and external Legal Team.
- Proactively assist Regional Property Managers in the annual budget process, ongoing management and half yearly reforecast.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Attention to detail - ability to maintain and manage 100% accuracy in financial and database management.
- Time management - ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial datelines.
- Real Estate lease administration experience with an understanding of property leases.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to communicate to a wide audience.
- A team player - support and work effectively within the Property Team and across SVdP's Services Streams.
- IT savvy - an understanding of MRI Database systems is preferred but not essential, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
