Yarra Libraries is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent customer service skills, confidence reading to children and their families, and a commitment to ensuring positive community outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and delivery of regular library services, programs and events (including one-to-one digital literacy sessions, early literacy programs and outreach activities)
Providing exceptional customer service and proactively assisting members with library services and resources
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our library branches (including shelving, circulation and collection maintenance as directed)
This role is primarily based at Richmond Library but is rostered to work across all five library branches and other service points as required.
