What You'll Be Doing: Manage refurbishment & expansion projects from concept to completionWork closely with stakeholders to develop project scope & designHandle permits & approvals, liaising with local authoritiesControl budgets & financial planning to keep projects on trackOversee construction & contractor management, ensuring high standardsIdentify risks & implement solutions to keep things running smoothly What We're Looking For: Experience managing small to medium-scale projectsStrong understanding of development, construction & fit-outsFinancial acumen & ability to control budgets autonomouslyExceptional problem-solving & communication skillsHospitality or retail project experience (bonus points)Willingness to travel interstate for projectsQualifications: Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field Why You'll Love It Here: Work on exciting venue transformations across Australia & NZJoin a supportive, fast-paced team with a passion for hospitalityReady to create incredible venues?
