We are a high-performing business based in Welshpool and are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Broker Support/File Analyst to join our growing team.

**About the Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a key liaison between brokers, lenders, clients, solicitors, and other third parties.
- Ensuring all documentation is collected, reviewed, and complete before submission.
- Managing client communications, including scheduling appointments and signing loan documents.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you'll need to have prior experience within a mortgage brokerage or banking and lending environment. Key attributes include:

- A proven track record in broker support, loan processing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage and lending process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
