Our projects include wind farms, grid-scale batteries, pumped hydro schemes, solar farms, and hydrogen production. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, we're seeking a Service Line Leader - Biodiversity Offsets to join our management team.

In this leadership role, you will develop Attexo's well-established biodiversity offset services, positioning the company as a market leader in the sector. The work of you and your team will influence government policies, design innovative offset programs, and deliver net positive environmental outcomes. Your expertise will guide the development of biodiversity offset strategies while mentoring a high-performing team and fostering client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in biodiversity offsets, ecology, or environmental consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in biodiversity offset strategies under the Environmental Offsets Act 2014 (Qld) and Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cwth).
- Strong knowledge of offset principles, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
