Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite and friendly manner, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role involves greeting visitors with a smile and providing efficient information to customers.

  • You will process returns and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cash and card payments must be handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Information must be recorded accurately in the system to improve the customer shopping experience.
