An exciting position has become available for an experienced Influencer Specialist to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program
- Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities cross segments
- Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goals
- End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted
- Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with White Fox's brand identity, across all social media platforms
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels
- Collaborate with all segments within the PR and Influencer team as the rest of our brand team on influencer focused campaigns
- Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts
- Deliver weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar PR and influencer based role
- Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates
- Experience in global influencer marketing preferred
- Passionate about social media and influencer marketing
- Driven and ambitious
- Must be proactive with initiative to drive and execute new ideas
- Proven track record and results in previous position
- Strong negotiation skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Able to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
- Be able to work under pressure
- Works well within a team, while also be hands on with the ability to work independently
- Results orientated and brand focused
