The perfect candidate is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling. In this role, you'll help manage our influencer community, coordinate influencer sessions and events, and contribute to content creation that drives real engagement and brand love.

Influencer Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, managing daily communications and queries.
- Assist in onboarding new influencers and maintaining updated influencer databases.
Campaign & Event Support:
- Lead influencer campaigns (paid and organic), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist in organising influencer training programs, workshops, and community-building events.
- Manage JAC's social media channels.
- Support event logistics, from planning to execution.
Content & Creative Support:
- Assist with basic filming, photography, and video editing for influencer content.
- Work with the creative team to ensure content meets brand standards and platform best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and video creation.
Administration & Reporting:
- Track influencer performance and campaign KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on influencer activities and campaign outcomes.
- Support budgeting and invoicing processes when required.
Must-Haves:
- Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and digital trends
- You know how to break through the noise and create memorable content
- Build authentic relationships and negotiate win-win partnerships
- Organised and have the ability to organise and run events
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience
Skills That Matter:
- Create content: film, photograph, and edit (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
- Deliver flawless work with razor-sharp attention to detail
- Take initiative and drive projects forward independently
