We are seeking a Community Liaison Officer that will offer a warm and friendly customer service experience to residents that live at Streeton Park. You will be the first point of contact to attend to queries and needs. You will coordinate events and lifestyle programs, provide site supervision and undertake operational support duties in the running of the retirement living community. A full Australian driver's licence is required to assist with some outings at times.

If you have a enthusiasm to ensure you will provide a high standard in our community and are service oriented, possess exceptional people skills and are passionate about making a difference then this position is for you

**Key Requirements**
- At least 2 years work experience in a service based industry
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to positively influence and engage the residents.
- A positive, resilient and robust can do attitude and work ethic
- A passion for working in retirement living and lifestyle
- Right to work and live in Australia mandatory.

**NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)**
Royal Freemasons is a NDIS-approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must complete an NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an **International Police Check** for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.
