Small Business Associate

**About the Role**
Are you passionate about supporting small businesses and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Small Business Associate** to join our dynamic Small Business team.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Small Business Specialists to support a portfolio of 300 - 350 customers in each portfolio with business lending needs less than $1 million. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Service & Enquiry Management**: Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies. Ensure timely, accurate responses to customer enquiries by coordinating with internal teams and tracking resolution times.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders—including credit, legal, and valuation teams—to ensure smooth processing of customer transactions.
- **Data Accuracy**: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records through regular audits and system updates.
- **Business Development**: Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation and conversion efforts.
