About You
·You hold a Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
· Registered with ASORC, AHPRA or AASW
· Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License

The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.
· Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
· Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
· Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
· Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.

The Team
· The WA team is truly multidisciplinary, made up of 20+ likeminded OT's, Physios, EP's, Chiro's, Psych's and SW's looking to make a impactful difference.
· Each of our 4 local leaders has 10+ years clinical/WRP experience, and are passionate about facilitating a positive, inclusive, collaborative and supportive working environment.
· When we are not busy empowering the lives of others you might find us playing pool or table tennis in the office, or at the coffee shop downstairs buying a hot beverage and toastie.
