**The Position**
- Immediate requirement for a new Office Administrator/Manager to join our team.
- Full-time, Permanent role within the Plumbing division of our business based in Seven Hills
- Working alongside and supporting a highly experienced General Manager who enjoys mentoring and developing those around them
- The role involves working closely and collaboratively with AW Edwards Plumbing team members and management, to manage all office administrative tasks:
- Managing Project Directors Calendar
- Creating some Reports & Presentations
- Creating report content and proof-reading/formatting
- Managing office filing systems, ordering stationery and consumables (fruit/coffee etc)
- Assigning work to existing plumbing staff on-call and dealing with customer calls and enquiries
- With a long history of building some of NSW iconic buildings, A W Edwards will be around in the decades ahead and will be able to offer the successful Administrator a long-term career.
- Project values range from $25M up to $400M and our diverse expertise across multiple sectors means that no one project is the same.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant Office Administrative/Management experience
- Experience working within a busy construction Sub-contracting environment is desired but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage, proof-read and create reports with various external and internal teams
- Computer and technology savvy
- Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative and consultative working relationships
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and respond to changing timelines and circumstances
- Ability to pre-empt and mitigate office stock and admin issues
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and reliable
- Very strong attention to detail
