Overview
We are hiring two Client Care Assistant roles: a casual position (Fridays) and a permanent part-time position (15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Flexibility to cover other days as required is available.
Responsibilities
Greet all clients and act as the first point of contact
Answer phone calls in a timely manner
Process payments and respond to incoming emails from clients and care providers
Maintain client records and manage the appointment diary
Assist with closing down and covering the hydrotherapy pool at the end of some shifts (training provided)
About You (Qualifications & Attributes)
An administration wiz
Client focused with experience in customer service
A team player
Kind, emotionally intelligent and accountable
Experience in a medical support role (highly desirable)
Excellent multi-tasking abilities
