The successful applicant must have a complete understanding of food and wine service and an absolute passion for providing an outstanding customer experience. Wine knowledge is essential as is a RSA Certificate and current references. The wine bar is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and also late lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. This salaried position requires strong leadership skills and would ideally suit a confident, enthusiastic person with well developed food and beverage skills.

Our service is professional, yet informal, and we are located walking distance to Hampton Train Station, so accessibility via public transport is a breeze.
