**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture team, as a Performance & Reward Advisor. This role will assist in delivery our performance and reward initiatives and processes, and ensuring our policies and practices align with our overarching objectives.

**In this Role**
- Provide support for the annual performance management and cyclical remuneration review processes.
- Consult with key stakeholders across the business and People & Culture team, to identify, develop and implement policy and process improvements.
- Undertake job evaluations and job levelling as requested.
- Provide guidance for the People & Culture team and leaders across the business on performance and reward matters, including remuneration recommendations.
- Provide administration assistance on our incentive plans, including short-term incentive accrual model, long term incentive offers, and the tracking of equity grants.
- Prepare and submit salary survey data submissions, incorporating multiple market survey providers.
- Liaise with external providers to maintain a compelling suite of employee benefits and ensure effective communications of these across Metcash.
- Undertake data analysis and other research on performance and reward projects and initiatives, as appropriate.

**You're Likely a Match If**
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance or Human Resources.
- 1-2 years' experience working within a People & Culture / HR team, or within a remuneration function.
- Understanding of remuneration components (salary, allowances, Superannuation Guarantee, salary sacrifice superannuation, motor vehicles, incentive payments, FBT etc.)
- Excellent spreadsheet, data analysis and data presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy capabilities
- Confidence with numbers and working with large volumes of confidential data
- Job evaluation trained (Hay methodology) is highly regarded, but not essential
