The successful candidate will conduct molecular biology, cell culture, antibody expression and purification, characterization and binding studies to to enable the research and development of therapeutic biologics.
The role will also require working closely with cross-functional teams.How you'll spend your dayConduct research and development (planning, execution and interpretation) on novel therapeutic antibody projects.
Focus on protein production, screening and characterising antibodies.
This is a lab based role which includes: General molecular biology and DNA preparation Protein expression, purification and characterisation Applying techniques such as mammalian cell culture, SPR, ELISAs, HPLC, FPLC Analytical method development Implementing high throughput antibody purification and characterization workflows to support antibody hit identification and optimization Providing regular updates through presentations, and maintaining experimental records in a timely manner through the use of electronic lab notebooks Training of junior staff members as required Compliance with all employee health and safety guidelines including adherence to TEVA policies and procedures General duties as required, e.g. procurement, instrument custodianship and corporate citizenship Your experience and qualifications Bachelor's Degree with honours in molecular biology, biochemistry or related discipline.
