Workforce Planning Lead

This role involves strategic workforce planning projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes. As a key member of the People Directorate, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end SWP experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, leveraging expertise in workforce trends, technologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective Strategic Workforce Planning Frameworks and related processes.
  • Provide expert advice on strategic workforce planning and associated tools, driving business value through informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of specialist services for strategic workforce planning, working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Build relationships within and outside the People Directorate, including across all group markets.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in delivering strategic workforce planning initiatives, with knowledge of workforce trends, technologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Broad business acumen, knowledgeable in business strategy and organizational performance drivers.
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills, identifying workforce insights and developing hypotheses; recommending data and analytical products to meet requirements.
  • Experience working in a group structure, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build a compelling case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate.
