Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative solutions to attract and select top talent for our Early Careers Programmes.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies to support the development and roll-off of graduates, apprentices and interns.

  • Design and deliver successful induction, mid-point and graduation events for all Early Careers programmes.
  • Manage the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including set-up, administration and reporting of training programmes, courses and resources.
  • Develop business-wide employee communications to promote learning pathways and improve employee skills and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is essential. Relevant experience working in an HR role is also required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is desirable but not essential.
