OverviewSupport and monitor children in kinship care to ensure safety and stabilityIncrease your take-home pay with up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefitsFull – Time, Max-Term Position based in ReservoirYour new roleIn this position as a Kinship Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring children and young people in statutory kinship care placements to ensure their safety, stability, and developmental needs are met.
You'll work closely with carers and care teams to develop and review care plans, strengthen family and community supports, and advocate for the voices and wishes of the young people.Your role also involves coordinating care team meetings, maintaining comprehensive case documentation, and leading transition planning for young people preparing to leave care.
