We are currently partnering with a large employer in the education sector, seeking a People and Culture Project Specialist to join their dynamic team. As part of our client's forward-thinking organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating various human resource projects, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Communication: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish productive relationships, gather project requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyse existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes and best practices.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and present updates to managers and stakeholders.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans, support leaders in leading change, and facilitate employee readiness for project-related changes.
- Risk Management: Identify and monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Experience and Capabilities**:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with experience in project management and group consultations.
- Understanding of employment law principles is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Familiarity with change management principles and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
