As our Innovation Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to making innovation second nature. Your role is not just about generating ideas; it's about empowering teams and leaders to translate those ideas into impactful outcomes.

**Within this role you will;**
- Bring an innovation toolkit of approaches to help the organization find new and creative ways to solve complex problems and act on new business strategies.
- Collaborate with teams and leaders to translate innovative ideas into impactful outcomes, helping the organization to adopt innovative solutions.
- Guide individuals and teams through the innovation process—from ideation to business case development and successful delivery of game-changing ideas. Driving impact by collaborating with stakeholders to align resources and governance to enable implementation.
- Mentor and coach innovators within our organization and amplify engagement through dynamic online interactions and in-person engagements, fostering a vibrant and connected innovation community.
- Support the innovation manager with continuing to evolve the Innovation Strategy in response the changing needs of the organisation.

**Your expertise**:
Ideally, you will hold a degree level qualification in business, engineering, innovation or strategy.

You will be;
- Experienced in delivering corporate innovation initiatives and programs
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, facilitation, influencing, and partnering across all levels of an organization.
- Able to coach others in actively contributing to and managing innovative solutions through the entire innovation process.
- Encouraging of curiosity and calculated risk-taking to foster experimentation even without complete answers.
- Proficient in navigating uncertainty and motivating others during organizational change.
- Experienced in preparing high-quality innovation documentation and business cases, clearly outlining benefits for senior management decision-making.
- A problem-solver with analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
