Our culture is collaborative, creative, and fast-paced, and we're looking for a passionate sr. finance professional to join our leadership team.Position SummaryAs the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and commercial insights across the business.
You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities· Partner with business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support growth and profitability.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.
· Provide commercial analysis and insights to support product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
· Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities.
· Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
· Support investment decisions, including expansion, e-commerce initiatives, and supply chain enhancements.
· Mentor and develop junior finance team members.
· Collaborate with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and suppliers.Qualifications & Experience· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
· Minimum 7+ years of experience in a finance business partnering role.
· Proven experience in the retail, fashion, or apparel industry is essential.
· Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
· Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
