We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent patient care skills to work closely with technical and clerical staff to ensure a seamless experience for patients, visitors, and referrers.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries, booking appointments, and coordinating workflow tasks.

You will also handle billing, Medicare batching, EFTPOS, and data entry, while maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring a clean and professional reception space.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous admin, reception, or customer service experience, familiarity with COMRAD, and a genuine passion for patient care.
