**Job Title:** Medical Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities:- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Managing phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Booking appointments and assisting with workflow coordination
- Handling billing, Medicare batching, EFTPOS, and data entry
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and a clean, professional reception space
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous admin, reception, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with COMRAD (highly regarded)
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a brand-new team
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
