Seafolly are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire the team at our Kingscliff Store.

You will be a fashionable, positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst fostering an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.

**You will**:

- Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
- Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling
- Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
- Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management
- Provide an unforgettable experience and always be willing to go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach
- Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brand

**You have**:

- Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management, or Supervisor role
- Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
- Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
- Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team
- Bring your love for Seafolly fashion, the beach, and all things summer
