**The Role**

The role of the Client Executive is to be the key point of contact on allocated clients, whilst supporting the key point of contact for others. You will assist in the development, execution and delivery of media plans, delivering on strategy on time and in full.

The role of Client Executive is to provide support to the team through all aspects of the process (campaign briefing, planning, development, implementation, reporting and administration support) to ensure the smooth operating of accounts.

**What success looks like**:
The easiest and simplest way to see if you have done a great job is when:
**In 3 months, you would have**:

- Have been introduced to key clients
- Been trained on the key tools and systems required, and actively using them in your day to day role contributing to the support of the team
- Up to speed with your team roles and your client portfolio, understanding what is required of the Wavemaker team and your role in particular
- Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns
- Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal teams

**In 6 months, you would have**:

- Established yourself as the key point of contact for your account patch, seen as the 1st person for anyone to go to, to find out what is happening on your accounts
- Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way
- Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently
- Regularly using and able to demonstrate a strong level of comfort on the use and explanation of WM planning tools, processes and theories

**In 12 months, you would have**:

- Beginning to take on larger campaign and strategic recommendations and planning for specific clients
- Demonstrated independence in undertaking tasks to support the I&A team and client requests, including being fully confident on the key tools and systems
- Established yourself and are recognised internally and externally, as an integral member of the team, with a comprehensive understanding of how the team and company operates
