- Enjoy the opportunity to organise your full-time hours to work a _**_9 day fortnight (with an RDO every second week)_**

We are seeking an **efficient and experienced administrator to provide administration support **to a trade training team dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for students, apprentices and trainees, including:

- Coordination of documentation and correspondence associated with training and assessment.
- Liaise with stakeholders (including apprentices and trainees, students, employers, business partners and government departments) regarding training and associated processes.
- Assist with maintaining student management systems, AVETMISS reporting and other associated activities.
- Organise (and schedule) appointments, meetings and other training events (including compiling relevant data, information and booking of flights and accommodation, etc).
- Contribute to current and potential projects.
- Associated administration, client service and clerical duties as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:

- Well aligned administration skills and experience _(previous experience working in a school or registered training organisation would be an advantage but is not essential)_
- Well developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, together with the confidence to learn new systems quickly
- Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) - either current or eligible to apply
