**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to provide exceptional support to our trade training team.

  • Responsibilities include coordination of documentation and correspondence associated with training and assessment, as well as liaison with stakeholders regarding training and associated processes.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining student management systems, AVETMISS reporting and other associated activities, while also contributing to current and potential projects.

**Key Requirements**

  • Well aligned administration skills and experience, preferably in an education or training environment.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, together with the confidence to learn new systems quickly.
  • Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) - either current or eligible to apply.
