Access to our Employee Benefits program which includes Employee Assistance Program Opportunities for professional development and career growth Work amongst premium products alongside fellow passionate & dedicated fashion leaders/stylists Sunday - Thursday Roster Responsibilities Include: Lead by example to set management expectations across your team Manage in-store employee relations such as grievances and performance management Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning Problem solving & ability to provide solutions Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e., payroll reports Roster management & approvals Manage team (shop floor & back of house) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Proactive approach in loss prevention management, e.g., stock shrinkage Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure all creative visions are applied within the store Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring a safe, healthy, and fit work environment Ensure all tasks completed by team members are in a safe manner in accordance with Safe Work Practices and communicated effectively If you're ready to make your mark in the fashion industry and lead a fantastic team at Nude Lucy, we want to hear from you
