We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader to support our vibrant, high-performing store. Just 13 months old and already exceeding expectations.

Prior experience with outdoor clothing and equipment isn't required, but a genuine passion for the outdoors or travel is highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential and operate smoothly.
  • Create a positive, engaging work environment for the team.
  • Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service and motivate the team.
  • Involve in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Who we are looking for
  • Management or supervisor experience.
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.

  • Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
