**What is your new role about?**
We are searching for an eager Project Support Officer to provide support to Project Directors and Project Managers responsible for the delivery of Projects, including the complete life cycle of concept development, option analysis, approvals, procurement, and delivery.

Your new role will include:

- Establish & maintain a cost control function for projects.
- Manage approval of project documentation.
- Oversee the project calendars, inbox & meeting scheduling.
- Assist in contract administration functions.
- Establish and maintain a cost control function for projects.
- Assist in writing business cases, change requests, board papers, briefs, communications, and other internal approvals as required.

**Our new Project Support Officer will have**:

- Experience in a Project or Portfolio Planning/Governance/Coordination/Compliance role.
- Experience in developing or reviewing executive papers and approval documentation.
- Competence in all Microsoft packages.
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel regionally when required.
- Solutions focussed mindset.
