**Availability Required**:
Monday to Sunday (Specific days and times to be confirmed).

**Location**: Innaloo, WA

**Required Qualifications and Documentation**:
Working with Children's Card

Current Police Check

NDIS Orientation Module (must be completed)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Infection Control Training Certificate

Car Insurance (with vehicle registration)

COVID-19 Digital Certificate (showing at least the first and second doses)

Disability Qualifications

First Aid and CPR Certificate

100 Points of ID, including:
Passport or Citizenship Certificate

Visa documentation (if on a foreign passport)

Driver's License
