**Casual: Innaloo, Perth WA, Australia**

**Must have at least Cert III or IV and have experience as disability support worker or a carer in Aged Care**:
**Must be able to translate and interpret Auslan**

Peniel Support Network is an NDIS registered service provider based in Perth. We are seeking a committed and experienced disability support worker for Innaloo.

**This person must be able to have these set skills**:
Great communication skills | Passionate about delivering safe, quality care | Assisting and empowering participants to make informed decisions | And such of the like

**Duties include**:

- Personal Hygiene
- Transporting participants to and from appointments, activities etc.
- Assist with medication
- Domestic and yard maintenance
- Mentoring
- Assist with accommodation and tenancy
- Assist with the development of the participant's life skills
- Assist with group centered activities
- Assist Participants with community, social and civic activities
- Assist with house-hold duties
- In home care

**Essentials**:

- Communicate and translate Auslan in order to be able to assist the participants in their communication needs
- Current valid drivers licence
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
- First aid/CPR certificate less than 12 months
- Must have Australian working rights
- NDIS Workers Screening
